Hello Family!
Jacob has been spending more time outdoors lately. The scouts are doing their cycling merit badge so we have been doing a lot of riding. One of the scouts took a spill and broke his arm, needing surgery. He is ok, and luckily there have not been any other mis-haps. Jacob is also doing pretty well in school. He enjoyed spring break, spending most of his break in front of the Xbox. I did convince him to join me at the park for some pick-up basketball. We had some fun with that.
Zac is now a bona fide driver. he passed his driving test and got his license. Now we have to figure out how to pay for all the insurance. Looks like it’s time to get a job. He has been enjoying his workouts and school.
Erin had surgery on her kidney last week to fix damage from her pregnancy. She’s been a trooper. They came over today an helped with the garden. Rylinn is a lot of fun. She is growing fast.
Chet and Courtney seem to be doing well. I think they enjoyed the spring break. Chet seems to like riding the bike to school and back. Courtney is doing well at work. She has a lot of great instincts as a manager. They are lucky to have her. Chet is even more lucky. He chose very well.
Stacie has enjoyed the break too. Her job causes her stress, so she really enjoys time off. She loves her grand-daughter. They have quite the little bond going.
It’s been a busy month at least for me. I have been working extra hours as our game project is almost finished. It will be nice to go back to a normal schedule.
